Legacy Tier Set Transmogs Will Be Warbound in War Within

Great news for Transmog collectors! Blizzard has announced that Legacy Tier Set transmogs will be Warbound in The War Within.
This change is big new for transmog collectors! Previously, Blizzard announced that all transmog can be learned, even if you weren't the same armor type — except for Tier Sets.
Many players felt strongly about this and Blizzard has heard the feedback and will be changing this!
- Class set tokens from legacy raids (Shadowlands and earlier) are now Warbound and can be transferred to characters on the account.
Developer’s note: Based on community feedback and to match our overall philosophy on transmog collection, class set tokens from legacy raids (Shadowlands and earlier) are now Warbound, allowing them to be transferred to alts in order to collect the transmog of your choice. For clarity, current expansion tier set tokens will remain unchanged from their previous status of bind on pickup, as they represent a large amount of power for the character who collects them.

Completing Quests Will Unlock Transmog Across All Armor Types in The War Within
Collectors rejoice, completing a quest in The War Within now awards all appearance rewards, regardless of weapon or armor type! Earn plate cosmetics on your Monk or leather on your Priest, just from finishing the same quest. What's more, there's also a new dropdown menu that allows players to swap between classes in the appearance tab — helping players see what transmog they might/not have without changing characters! Note this is sorted by class rather than armor type, so exclusive cosmetics like the elusive Kor'kron Dark Shaman Armor won't show for Hunter.

NPCs Will Send Work Orders in The War Within
Work Orders have been a controversial addition to Crafting Professions since the rework in Dragonflight. While many players appreciated the ability to simply press a button to craft instead of having to go through a lengthy trading process, others quickly lamented the lack of Public Work Orders — or more specifically, Public Work Orders that were worth the gold to craft them in terms of pay. Blizzard has heard these criticisms and announced a new feature for Work Orders in The War Within: NPCs will place Work Orders in the crafting system to potentially alleviate some of the availability scarcity that currently plagues the market. Announced in the latest Wowcast, Blizzard stated that the NPCs won't provide monetary payments as lucrative as crafting Work Orders for other players.
