Set in 15th-century Bohemia, the story sees Henry of Skalitz returning as the protagonist as he seeks revenge for the murder of his parents. He’ll encounter several memorable figures like the King of Hungary and Sigismund the Red Fox (among other allies), with over five hours of cinematics promised for the campaign.
Combat is again in first-person, with Henry utilizing various historically accurate weapons, whether blunt instruments of death, bows or swords. Of course, you can also engage in activities like archery and blacksmithing while venturing to different cities, taverns, the countryside, castles and more. Now that the belated “next-gen” Fallout 4 update has finally arrived (nearly four years into said generation), Bethesda has at last offered up and enhanced way to play on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. At least, that’s the idea. Currently it’s a bit broken on Xbox, but we can expect it to run as well as the PlayStation 5 version soon, and the improvements there are welcome.
