The Slimcat is back! Originally awarded from the Fates of the Shadowlands Raids achievement during the Fated Shadowlands season, it appears that players who missed obtaining Jigglesworth, Sr.
can purchase the mount with 3 Antique Bronze Bullion (dinar) in Dragonflight Season 4!
The mount is sold by one of the four new Awakened vendors on the Season 4 PTR, and is the only item sold for three bullion, while other cosmetic appearances require one and raid gear costs two each.
All four vendors can be found in the Parting Glass, on the east side of Valdrakken.

With Dragonflight Season 4 looming, now is a good time to pursue appearances that will be unobtainable for a while after Season 3 ends. With the launch of Dragonflight Mythic+ Season 3, Blizzard added three unique weapon appearances to former Legion dungeons. Chief among them is Lord Ravencrest's own weapon, Ravencrest's Wrath. While they won't be going away forever, likely returning when these dungeons return to the Mythic+ rotation, this could take years to happen. As they are unavailable on any other difficulty, and have not been added to the regular loot tables, these will be sunset when Season 3 ends.
Blizzard has noted that the Crafted Item Level on the 10.2.6 PTR is a bug and it will be fixed soon! We mentioned yesterday that Crafted gear is only Myth 2/4 at max quality on the PTR, when Season 3 was Myth 3/4. Blizzard has now mentioned that this is a bug and it will be fixed.
With Patch 10.2.6, players have noticed that crafted gear will be slightly weaker in Season 4 than in Season 3. While in Season 3, crafted gear is capped at 3 item levels under max Myth track, in Season 4, it is capped at 6 ilvls under it. This can be seen when looking at Aspect's awakened crests.
