ARK: Survival Ascended has entered early access, and the developers at Studio Wildcard have outdone themselves on this iteration of the original game while still being very much Studio Wildcard. From the stunning visuals to the improved systems, ARK: Survival Ascended would be a complete joy to play for fans of the original, if not for a mix of issues.
Is ARK: Survival Ascended available on the Epic Games Store?

ARK: Survival Ascended is the brand new remaster of the original Ark title, DLCs and all.
After it was featured in the Xbox Partern Preview Showcase, some have wondered if Ark will be available to play through the Epic Games Store. Read on to find out.
It’s not easy to please gamers in this day and age, and we’ve seen this throughout the times of how companies have handled certain remasters. More often than not, they’re not needed and actually do not add any value to fans, and in ARK’s case, this was at first controversial amongst fans; but this was quickly wiped away.
With the in-game Curse Forge mod menu added to Survival Ascended, players are overjoyed that this title is basically an upgrade in all aspects, including it now being on Unreal Engine 5.
Speaking of Unreal Engine, the founder, Tim Sweeney is also behind the team at Epic Games and their respective storefront, where we see numerous games be available to players for free, and is often the preferred platform of gamers.
If you intend to pick up ARK: Survival Ascended, you’re currently going limited to Steam on PC.
While Evolved is listed on Epic Games, and was one of the aforementioned free daily games, Ascended is currently not available for purchase on the digital storefront. This could change in the near future, and we can assume it will. But we’ll all have to wait and see.
In the meantime, Survival Ascended has now been released for players, and it does seem like a blast if your PC is able to run the game.
