Hasbro Reveals Six New Marvel Legends Figures Honoring The Infinity Saga

The Microsoft FTC leak has revealed redacted documents that suggest Phil Spencer was feeling pretty good about the Xbox Series X's chances against the PS5.

Cygames recently hosted part 1 of itsGranblue Showcase, providing new details on Granblue Fantasy: Relink and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising. You can check out the action RPG from 44:16 onwards, with the developer revealing Ghandagoza as a playable character. As a brawler, he utilizes the Eternal Rage Style, executing combos to increase the attack of Raging Fist.

Once thought far too cheesy to bring with us into the modern gaming era, FMV has been enjoying a bit of a renaissance over the last decade, thanks to games like Her Story and Alan Wake. If you're not familiar, it stands for full-motion video—in other words, it's when live-action filmed sequences are used in videogames. Also, it turns out it can be intensely creepy.

Earlier this year, Resident Evil 4 Remake was released to critical acclaim thanks to its great re-telling of the story and fun, smooth gameplay. Starfield is out now, and what good sci-fi western is complete without a charming robot buddy? Starfield's version of that is Vasco, and the bi-pedal robot has a new 1/6 scale figure available to preorder today at the IGN Store. You can move Vasco's legs, arms, hands, and fingers into tons of different poses, and the highly-detailed, scuffed paint job gives Vasco an in-game feel.

One Piece isn't new by any stretch of the imagination, the long-running series kicking off more than 25 years ago. However, the manga likely has a lot of new fans right now as for the first time, part of its story has been given the live-action treatment. Dropping on Netflix two weeks ago, season one has already been smashing records held by heavy hitters like Wednesday and Stranger Things, pulling in millions of viewers. A new RPG is officially on the way with the announcement of Breakers: Unlock the World. This one comes from Vic Game Studios, who plans to show it off at Tokyo Game Show 2023 later this month. The great company Atari, arguably responsible for the popularisation of home videogaming, was founded in 1972. But after its heyday things went badly wrong, and the original Atari would be acquired, split, merged, declare bankruptcy, and go through various corporate shenanigans, such that the current Atari is an iteration founded in 2001. Over that time it has had some less-than-ideal custodians, but the mood music under current CEO Wade Rosen has changed. 

Payday 3 is rapidly approaching its September 21 launch date and Starbreeze has revealed two new characters joining the team for the delightful heists to come. They've also announced their roadmap for the first entire year of DLC, focusing on the four expansions that will comprise the Year 1 — The Bad Apple releases. These being the ones you get some of or all of for the more expensive Silver and Gold versions of the game.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is set to be a much bigger game than its predecessors, with developer Insomniac Games having confirmed that the upcoming sequel’s open world New York will be roughly twice as large as the previous two entries in the series. New boroughs are being added in the form of Queens (where Aunt May’s house can also be visited) and Brooklyn, while Coney Island will also be present– though it seems one notable NYC landmark won’t be present in the game.
