Hammerwatch II launches December 12 for PS5 and Switch, in 2024 for PS4, Xbox Series, and Xbox One

After successfully porting the Naughty Dog PS2 classic, Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy to PC last June, the OpenGOAL team has now done the same for its edgy, GTA-influenced sequel, Jak 2 (Jak 2: Renegade for you PAL region kiddies). Though still in beta, Jak 2 is playable from start to finish through OpenGOAL.

Turn-based RPG The Starbites: Taste of Desert will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam in 2024, Korean developer IKINAGAMES announced.

Publisher PLAYISM and developers faxdoc, happysquared, and sunnydaze will release physics-based grapple hook Metroidvania game Rusted Moss for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch in spring 2024 alongside a major update, the companies announced.

A Highland Song, the next game from 80 Days and Heaven's Vault studio Inkle, was announced last year as a side-scrolling platformer «with rhythm and survival elements.» At the time it was listed only as «coming soon,» but now we've got a proper release date, and it's close: Inkle will set its latest narrative-heavy tale free on Steam on December 5.

House Flipper 2 will launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on March 21, 2024, publisher PlayWay and developer Frozen District announced. PlayStation Store wishlisting is available now.

Initially released in April 2022 for PC, Tuxedo Labs’ Teardown is out now for Xbox Series X/S and PS5. As a sandbox title with voxel-based environments, it’s about destroying things, creatively and otherwise. Fortnite players can now have their say and cast a vote in-game for The Best Fortnite Island, and while it’s not an official Game Awards category, the winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on December 7.

Turn-based tactical folktale game Howl is now available for Switch and PC via Steam for $14.99, publisher astragon Entertainment and developer Mi’pu’mi Games announced. A demo is also available. PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Epic Games Store versions will follow on January 23, 2024.

Ark: Survival Ascended’s Xbox Series X and S release date has been delayed once again, this time just a day before it was due to come out.

Update, November 10: Argos is the best deal on this bundle at £399.99 while stock lasts. This Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 PS5 bundle is proving to be extremely popular, and has sold out at many retailers already. Amazon, GAME, and Currys also have the deal left for around £409 as well. While these aren't as good as the original deal, this is still an excellent offer and a tremendous £130-£140 in savings vs the RRP of buying each of these products separately.
