Gundam Breaker 4 Trailer Shows off the Game’s Intense Mecha Action

A little over a month after its release, Tekken 8 now has an in-game shop where players can spend real-world money to buy cosmetics for their characters. Dubbed the Tekken Shop, the shop is kicking things off with Uniqlo-branded gear, along with other cosmetics like classic costumes and avatar skins.

Season 5 is officially out now, and the asymmetrical multiplayer game will finally be getting crossplay functionality alongside a variety of new items.

There are many “plights” in the video game industry that are affecting the various businesses that inhabit it. Just this week alone, two major publishers announced that they were laying off a combined 1500 people, and more are likely to come in March. Another issue is the cost of games and the amount of cash just being thrown at them in an attempt to be good and sell well. That’s one of the reasons for the layoffs, in fact. GamesRadar has announced that the Future Games Show Spring Showcase will return on March 21st. Airing at 1 PM PDT, it features over 40 titles from publishers like The Chinese Room, Bandai Namco, Quantic Dream and more. Actors Samantha Béart, who voices Karlach in Baldur’s Gate 3, and Ben Starr, the voice of Clive from Final Fantasy 16, will be hosting.

Elden Ring’s upcoming expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, is out this Summer and adds a new world, the Land of Shadow, complete with new enemies, over ten bosses and much more. It doesn’t affect the outcome of the base game (and vice versa), but you need to play a fairly significant amount to even access the expansion.

Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Dimps will release the fifth season of content for Dragon Ball: The Breakers on February 29, the companies announced. It will add Zamasu and Goku Black as a new double Raider tag team, among other content.

Rejoice, Elden Ring fans, as the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion now has a nailed-down release date of June 21. What's better than that? Well, a discount on DLC of course. It's currently priced at $39.99 MSRP, sparking speculation that this could truly be a massive offering for fans. Publisher Bandai Namco and developer Crafts & Meister will host a Japanese closed network test for the newly announced Gundam Breaker 4 on March 15 and 17 across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Switch, the companies announced. It will be playable from 11:00 to 12:59, 16:00 to 17:59, and 21:00 to 22:59 JST each day. Users can apply to join the test via this link from now until March 4 at 23:59 JST.
