is a franchise that has immersive customization and storytelling options, but it has often been lacking in diversity when it comes to the base game Create-A-Sim, or CAS. Because of this, fans often have to create custom content for their Sims that adds different hair textures, colors, and styles and also different facial features and clothing options. Electronic Arts has been working towards making its game more diverse and this partnership is a step in the right direction.
With more free updates, is adding more and more content to the game that keeps players coming back. It has taken the right steps in making more inclusive CAS items and are seemingly listening to the fans and the community when they do so. Like with the addition of scars, vitiligo, and wearable devices, these updates are refreshing and are making it so more and more players can see themselves represented on the screen. Hopefully, Electronic Arts and team will keep these changes when looking towards the future of the franchise and partner with more brands to bring diverse and exciting updates to their games.
