Former Stardew Valley developer making their own gorgeous life sim RPG, this time in a city with rideable bikes

Former Stardew Valley developer Arthur "Mr. Podunkian" Lee has announced Sunkissed City, a life simulation game set in a delightful coastal burb that's reportedly "pumping with funky vibes and quirky characters", together with migraines, stretches of dead water and horrible sewer monsters.

A talented Stardew Valleyfan made an incredibly realistic recreation of the game’s iconic farmhouse. Stardew Valleyhas become one of the most successful indie games of all time, enchanting fans with its cozy art style, lovable characters, and high replay value. Due to the darling aesthetic of the farming sim, creative fan art is very popular within the game’s community.

Arthur “Mr. Podunkian” Lee, who previously worked on Stardew Valley at ConcernedApe, has announced Sunkissed City, a new life simulation game set in the city. It will launch for PC via Steam in Q4 2024, followed by consoles at a later date.
