First Look at BlizzCon 2023 Map

Blizzard Entertainment’s latest trailer for Overwatch 2 Season 6: Invasion went live earlier this week and finally showcased Illari, the next Support hero. It also tweeted a roadmap for upcoming content, confirming that the previously delayed Hero Mastery would arrive on September 5th.

At Gen Con this year, the biggest hype came from the Ravensburger booth. Each day, massive lines would queue up to get the first crack at buying the pre-release of Disney Lorcana. It’s a collectible card game (CCG) in the same vein as Magic: The Gathering or Pokémon. After some madness the first day (which involved people getting hurt), Gen Con wisely set up a queueing system starting at 6pm the night before (kudos to those dedicated fans that waited in line 14 hours to buy a game). Team Ninja has released a Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty roadmap for the rest of 2023, confirming what players should expect for the rest of the year. The roadmap has been released as part of a Director’s Letter by Hirayama. In the letter, Hirayama states that the focus of the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty updates for this year are “expanding the scope of strategy with a focus on action and RPG, and improving the ease of playability.”
