is an indie gem that has endured since 2016 thanks to a devoted fanbase and its dedicated solo developer. Its latest update, version 1.6, introduces a myriad of new features, notably the addition of new pets. As of patch 1.6, now features twelve adoptable pets, with new variations for the pre-existing cats and dogs as well as an entirely new pet: the turtle. Because of the new patch, a player can now buy every Pet License available, provided they have the cash to do so.

's much anticipated DLC, titled, has made its players wait for its release. 2022's Game of the Year was released two years ago, and in the time since, FromSoftware remained relatively quiet about its expansion until recently. Since the drop of the latest trailer for the DLC, it has many fans counting down the days until they are able to once again delve into the Lands Between, but is this something that the community will regret?

The series has a long history and a complex chronology, and figuring out where to jump in for the first time can be difficult. Since its debut in 1997, has undergone some major evolutions while retaining a unique flavor that helps secure its enduring appeal. The wasteland presented in the games mixes harsh realities of a radioactive post-apocalyptic world with a creative and often humorous personality, and it's hard not to be entertained by the sheer variety of things to do.

is a huge game with a level of attention to detail that makes it the envy of many other RPGs. Still, this attention to detail does not mean that the game is faultless. Due to the sheer size of Larian Studio's masterpiece, glitches and bugs are inevitable, and the Belguim-based developer has continued to work on patch fixes ever since its latest CRPG hit stores in 2023. Some players have found that not all of these glitches are necessary ones that hamper the gaming experience. Sometimes, it's the opposite.

The final story decision players will make in involves whether to kill or to spare their custom character's Blade Twin. While there are several choices that may affect the story, like choosing to be pro- or anti-shogunate in , the choice at the end of the Blade Twin boss fight is perhaps the most impactful in the game. As a result, players may want to know what's involved in this choice, and what implications it has for the ending they'll inevitably get.

One of the earliest choices to make in involves whether to skip the Nibelheim flashback that makes up the majority of the game's first chapter. The Nibelheim chapter was part of the game's playable demo, alongside a longer section that allowed players to openly explore the Junon region of . But where the Junon half of the demo is separate, and taken out of context, the Nibelheim half effectively grants players early access to the opening hours of the game.

Strawberries can be a valuable crop to grow in , but the way they function does raise questions about when it is best to plant their seeds. While ’s 1.6 update does add new crops to the game, pre-existing ones still have an important place on any farm, particularly if the player chooses the Tiller profession. With that in mind, as always in the farming simulator, careful planning is key for those who want to maximize their profits.

There seems to be secrets around every corner in Capcom's . It has a world packed so full of detail that there are many interactions that players will easily miss, which is a testament to the scale of the game. Still, missing out on content is never fun, and has a great deal of content to offer for those looking to search deeper past its surface and main quest.

Throughout 's campaign, players will have to make several choices, which can have major repercussions for their character and the fate of Japan in the game. These can be through general dialogue options — of which more are unlocked if players acquire the correct skills — along with choosing to work with certain characters, or simply through a prompt to pick between two set actions.
