Dive Deep into the Gameplay of SteamWorld Heist II in its Latest Trailer

Into the Breach, the acclaimed 2018 turn-based strategy game from Subset Games, is getting some high praise from XCOM and Marvel's Midnight Suns director Jake Solomon.

SteamWorld Heist II was announced last month, much to many people’s surprise. Today, Thunderful Games has released a new video that delves into the story of the pirate themed sequel, which comes nine years after the first SteamWorld Heist originally released for the Nintendo 3DS, which was set in Space.

Since its announcement last month, Thunderful has shared new details on SteamWorld Heist 2 at a pretty consistent clip, and more of those have now emerged courtesy of a new deep dive trailer. Following up on the previous deep dive trailer, which detailed the game’s combat, jobs system, and more, this new one sheds further light on the tactical RPG’s story, world, and more.

Publisher Thunderful Games and developer Image & Form Games have released a “story deep dive” trailer and screenshots for turn-based RPG sequel SteamWorld Heist II.
