Disney Dreamlight Valley studio Gameloft is making a Dungeons and Dragons game

Disney Dreamlight Valley made a post for April Fools’ Day as a joke but it has fans thinking the game will be receiving a update but it isn’t confirmed. In the post, the developers teased a new shop – which obviously got attention by the community. There is only a couple stores in the game, including Goofy’s stalls, Scrooge’s store, and Kristoff’s stand, but that is about it.

A new shop was teased for Disney Dreamlight Valley as an April Fools' Day joke, but players are speculating what might be coming in the future as a result. Following an annual tradition that started last year, developers of Disney Dreamlight Valley have shared another joke to celebrate the holiday. A new shop called Olaf's Snow Sculpture Emporium was added as a joke, with developers subsequently teasing actual new additions.

Disney Dreamlight Valley has unveiled the A Rift in Time expansion pass roadmap, revealing Act 2 for the spring and Act 3 for the summer. A Rift in Time marks Disney Dreamlight Valley's first paid expansion and was released on December 23. Players eager to experience everything the season pass has to offer can purchase the base game plus the expansion pass together or opt for the expansion pass separately at a later time.

A regular rogue's gallery of independent game developers - including the creators of Dead Cells, Slay The Spire, Darkest Dungeon, Spiritfarer, Terraria and V Rising - have clubbed together to run their own videogame showcase: the Triple-I Initiative. Initially screening on 10th April, it'll be a 45-minute, unhosted, back-to-back series of trailers, reveals and surprise game or demo releases, designed (as per the press release) "to highlight fan-favorite games and hype up established indie classics as well as new IPs". It could become a yearly thing, but that'll obviously depend on how well the first showcase goes down.

Fantasy craft-o-building survival sandbox game Enshrouded today launched its first big content update, two months after entering early access. You can now enter the Hollow Halls, a series of challenging dungeons scattered around the world with new enemies and rewards. Or at the opposite end of the intensity spectrum, you can now decorate your home with loads of lovely potted plants then sit down on a chair to admire them.
