Scour the Dreaming City to find some feline friends and unlock Triumphs.

The Season of the Wish takes Destiny 2 players back to the Dreaming City for the first time since before the launch of The Witch Queen and resurrects some major elements from way back in the Forsaken expansion. One of those things is the quest to find cosmic kitties hiding within the Dreaming City. It seems that each week during the Season of the Wish, new Starcats will appear within the city, requiring you to track them down to unlock Triumphs and earn some specific rewards.
Locating all the Starcats is essential to complete the Wishbearer seal and will also earn you the Wyrmguard Shell for your Ghost.
Here's where you can find the Starcats hidden within the Dreaming City throughout the Season of the Wish.
Blind Well Starcat
Head to the Blind Well to find the first Starcat. The description of its location tells you that it's waiting near «the door,» so make your way to the far side of the Blind Well when you arrive--you want to go up the stairs to the back of the room, where you'll usually fight bosses.
There, you'll find a huge rounded door, with the cat sitting beside it on the floor.
Garden of Plenty Starcat
To get the second Starcat, you'll need to play the Riven's Lair seasonal activity and go to the area labeled the «Garden of Plenty.» As the Triumph description says, you're looking for a cat that «likes to peer down from a place of power.» To get there, however, you'll need to take a specific path through the activity.
When you start Riven's Lair, you'll see three portals. One of those portals will open at random when you step on the nearby plates, and that portal determines which encounters you'll see in your run through Riven's Lair. You want the left-most portal to open in order to get the Garden of Plenty encounter.
When you see this rock just before the stairs, turn left and look over the edge of the cliff.
Play through until you hit the Garden of Plenty, which is an outdoor area with trees and rocks flanking the sides. Make your way toward the raised dais at the far end of the area, where the Taken Ogre spawns alongside a bunch of Vex. Head to the left side of the area, where a cliff drops off into the abyss. The cat is hanging out on a ledge there, just below your line of sight.
