Publishers SEGA and Aniplex, and developer CyberConnect2 have released a two-minute trailer for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! introducing its core gameplay.
The trailer includes a look at some of the minigames and events up to four players will be able to enjoy, set across dynamic boards themed around memorable locations from the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, including Tsuzumi Mansion, Mt. Natagumo, and the Mugen Train.
It also features a look at the “Demon Slayer Dice”—each swordsman has their own set of dice that has unique special effects according to that character. Once used, a cooldown timer of three turns begins. If a different character joins your group, you will be able to use their Demon Slayer Dice.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Sweep the Board! is due out for Switch on April 25 in Japan and April 26 worldwide.
