Michael Unsworth, whose work includes both Red Dead Redemption titles as well as GTA 5, has left Rockstar Games after 16 years (via VGC). A user on the GTA forums named Rucke found that Unsworth had updated his LinkedIn profile to show that he no longer works for Rockstar Games.

The PS4 and Nintendo Switch port of Red Dead Redemption has arrived. That was quick, wasn't it? Probably because the team behind it didn't want people getting too hung up on the fact it isn't a remake or a remaster. That the port costs $40 got some of you pretty wound up, and now another Red Dead Redemption price point has done that all over again. That's because if you want to buy the bundle which includes the port and its sequel, it's going to set you back $100.

Name a more iconic duo than The Walking Dead and choice-based video games. AMC and publisher GameMill Entertainment know there’s no better answer to that prompt, so they’re teaming up for a new choose-your-own-adventure-style action game based on The Walking Dead TV series that sounds intriguing.

Rockstar invited widespread criticism with the announcement of Red Dead Redemption’s PS4 and Nintendo Switch port earlier this month, with the bulk of criticism being directed at its $50 price and its almost complete lack of upgrades or enhancements. On top of the general disappointment that the port will be locked to 30fps, will have no graphical improvements, and will have the multiplayer stripped out, the asking price has been a big topic of debate, as Take-Two is asking fans part with $49.99/£39.99 if they want to play Red Dead Redemption on PS4 or Switch.

Rockstar Games finally unveiled its plans for Red Dead Redemption 1, following website updates and rumors that seemed to be leading to a remaster/remake reveal. It was neither of those, with the developer announcing a re-release for Nintendo Switch and PS4. Along with the base game and Undead Nightmare expansion, it includes bonus content from the Game of the Year Edition.
