Costco is selling Xbox Series S with a headset for $150 at some US stores

Costco is currently offering one of the cheapest Xbox Series S deals to date.
According to multiple online accounts from Costco members, some of its 600 US warehouses are selling the entry-level Xbox Series console bundled with a headset for $149.99.
The console has an ERP of $299.99, according to Microsoft, which is currently selling it online for $249.99.
The Costo deal isn’t currently available online or at all of its stores. One customer said they found the bundle priced at $149.99 at one location and $249.99 at another.
According to images posted online, the deal will be available until December 25.

Xbox Series X/S consoles have been heavily discounted at various retailers over the past month or so surrounding Black Friday.
The Xbox Series X price was slashed to a record low of $349 by Walmart in early December.
At the time, it was offering the console with or without Diablo 4 for $349. The standalone $349 console deal is still available.
Microsoft hasn’t announced its intention to launch any updated Xbox Series X/S consoles, but legal documents leaked in September may have revealed plans to do so.
They included images of a redesigned Xbox Series X console, codenamed ‘Brooklin’, which was planned to launch in November 2024 for $499. It would ditch the standard Series X’s disc tray but come with 2TB of storage.
It would also ship with “a more immersive controller” featuring new haptic feedback and accelerometer features, modular thumbsticks and a rechargeable and swappable battery.
The same leaked documents also mentioned an Xbox Series S refresh, featuring improved Wi-Fi support and 1TB of storage, launching in September 2024.
Addressing widespread coverage of the leaked documents at the time, Xbox boss Phil Spencer claimed “so much has changed” since they were created.
“We’ve seen the conversation around old emails and documents,” he said. “It is hard to see our team’s work shared in this way because so much has changed and there’s so much to be excited about right now, and in the future. We will share the real plans when we are ready.”
