There's a personality problem among 's aliens, but a few of them try to make up the deficit. As a matter of fact, much of the game suffers from a pervasive sense of blandness. 's cities are pret barren, its space exploration somewhat pointless, and its NPCs just a little bit dead around the eyes. These issues extend to its many alien species too, which, despite existing on thousands of far-flung planets each light years away from their closest neighbors, all fall into a couple of dull, archetypal categories.
But still, it's hard to make sweeping generalizations about such a broad game. Since its release, players have been doing their utmost to discover weird little details, contrast choices and experiences, and orchestrate surreal moments of comedy in 's engine. And with thousands of planets to visit, there are thousands of discoveries to be made. These discoveries aren't always game-changing, but they always open up new questions, and may inspire others who see them to get back out there and see what else they can find. One of those new discoveries injects some much-needed charm into 's otherwise bland alien species.

Suspiciously-named Redditor Im_Actually_An_Alien shared footage of aliens performing an adorable little dance in. The four bug-like creatures sway and shuffle their legs, occasionally raising their front appendages and leaning back on their haunches. As the dance proceeds, they inch closer to the player character until the aliens brush up against them. It's a cute little scene in and of itself, but what's more interesting is what this implies.
The little alien dance troupe suggests that this species has either unique, biologically-ingrained behaviors, or some kind of artistic culture. Im_Actually_An_Alien notes that this occurred when they first arrived on the planet Oborum, as if the aliens sought out the encounter. They interpret this interaction as a "," and it's certainly possible that the aliens merely intended to give the player character a warm greeting. But there are also real-life insects who "" as a defense mechanism, threat display, or precursor to mating, and this performance could just as easily fall into one of those categories.
But the aliens' intentions don't really matter. In fact, their dance is more interesting as an ambiguous gesture, requiring the player to draw on their knowledge of entomology to interpret this unfamiliar behavior. It's one of few times actually feels immersive, putting the player into a space explorer's shoes and forcing them to respond to a wholly unusual situation.
No, what's important is that this detail was included in the first place. These aliens actually have unique

The unlikeliest comics crossover of 2023 is halfway through its four-issue run, and it's turning out to be a good deal of blood-soaked fun.
With just a touch of bravado, the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (or Europol) has announced «a major blow» to the Ragnar Locker ransomware group. To you and me, that name is mostly familiar because of the organisation's 2020 attack on Capcom, which saw it demand $11 million and affect around 400,000 people's data.
The ransomware group responsible for a Capcom data breach in 2020 has been “taken down” in an international police operation, with its key member arrested.

If you want the Pikachu in Grey Felt Hat collaboration card, you’ll have to shop online for a qualifying purchase.
The relaunch of Red Dead Online as a standalone title in late 2020 was something of a false dawn for its ever-optimistic community. Rockstar maintains the title but has been in a cycle for several years of repeating content, and it could fairly be said that this playerbase has been surviving on rations ever since 2020. This led to one of the best in-game protests I've ever seen, where a ton of RDO players gathered together in summer 2020 dressed up as clowns to protest the lack of substantial updates.
Starfield is already the best-looking and most bug-free Bethesda RPG to date. From the crowded streets of New Atlantis to the desolate plains of all those undiscovered planets, it’s sharp, smooth, and a worthy visual successor to the likes of Fallout 4 and Skyrim. But now the Settled Systems can look even better, thanks to a huge new Starfield HD overhaul mod which boosts dozens of textures to 8K resolution.
