Cities: Skylines 2 Studio Insists Performance Problems Are “Not Deeply Rooted in the Game’s Foundation”

A huge part of Cities: Skylines appeal lay in its modding community, which expanded on the citybuilder's robust foundations with new maps, assets and more for years post-release. Cities: Skylines 2 is still waiting on its own official mod support, but Paradox have offered a new update on progress, saying that the editor is "a couple of months" from being in a releasable state, with no concrete timeline as yet.

Well, here's an odd one. Last night, hundreds of furious World of Warcraft players took to Blizzard's forums to voice their complaints about a bug that is making the game all but unplayable, which seems to have emerged from the recent 10.2 update. The twist? All of these players are located in Norway.

Earlier this summer, developer Evening Star Studios and publisher Private Division revealed Penny's Big Breakaway during a Nintendo Direct. While the throwback 3D platforming adventure looked great in its own right, what caught a lot of people's attention was the team behind it. Evening Star's creative director and lead engine architect is Christian Whitehead, one of the lead developers behind 2017's Sonic Mania. Whitehead isn't alone, though, as various other Evening Star developers also worked on Sonic Mania. When Clockwork Revolution appeared at this year's Xbox Games Showcase, fans were surprised to see actual pre-Alpha gameplay from inXile's next game. Hunter Blinds don't always show up on the map in . These are some of the most enjoyable side missions in the game: Kraven and his cronies have set up bases of operation throughout the city, and it's up to Miles and Peter to find them, collect their intel, and shut them down. There are 14 Hunter Blinds in , with two or three in each neighborhood where they appear. Once the player clears out an entire district's worth of Blinds, they'll unlock a new Hunter Base, which is like a larger, more complicated version of the same kind of activity.
