PlayStation Plus' monthly free games for November 2023 have been revealed. The three titles will be available to members of PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/ Premium plans, starting November 7. PS Plus members can become a gangster and run the streets of New York City in Mafia II: Definitive Edition, take part in explosive battles against classic supervillains in Dragon Ball: The Breakers, and battle through hordes of Xenomorphs in Aliens: Fireteam Elite. These games can be added to your PS4 and PS5 games library until December 4, after which you'll have to hold on to your PS Plus membership for continued access. If you enjoy any of these titles, you could buy them for permanent access and continue from where you left off.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 hit PlayStation 5 exclusively on October 20 and quickly became Sony's fastest-selling first-party game. While we loved the game – read Game Informer's Marvel's Spider-Man 2 review here – players have discovered bugs and issues leading to laughter and, in some cases, progress impediment. Fortunately, developer Insomniac Games has been quick to fix issues with updates, like one last week that fixed an incorrect flag and the infamous white cube model issue.

It’s no secret that sometimes it takes a LONG time for a video game to get the sequel it deserves. The irony is that sometimes these sequels come from genre-defining titles and ones that sold many millions of copies upon their release. An excellent example is with a certain horror franchise that Remedy Entertainment made a long time ago.
