Bulletstorm VR delayed to January 18, 2024

THQ Nordic and developer Pieces Interactive have announced that they are delaying the release of Alone in the Dark to March 20th 2024, buying the team a little bit more time and some much needed rest around the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Alone in the Dark, the reboot of the long running survival horror series, has seen another delay and will now release in March 2024 instead of next month.

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Pieces Interactive have delayed Alone in the Dark from its previously planned January 16, 2024 release date to March 20. It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and GOG.

Though Bulletstorm has yet to see a sequel, People Can Fly is expanding on it with Bulletstorm VR. Launching next month, it features two exclusive levels with Trishka Novak in the leading role as she hunts General Sarrano (when not berating Grayson Hunt). The space-faring real-time strategy title is coming to PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, retailing for $59.99. Gearbox Publishing and developer Blackbird Interactive have delayed Homeworld 3 from its previously planned first February 2024 release window to March 8, 2024. It will be available for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store for $59.99.

Homeworld 3 won't be released in February 2024 due to another delay. The game was originally targeting a Q4 2022 launch before being moved to the first half of 2023 and then again to early 2024. The good news is that the latest delay is a very small one, as the long-anticipated sci-fi strategy game will be released on March 8.

LEVEL-5 has delayed soccer RPG Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road from its previously planned 2023 release window to 2024 worldwide. It will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, iOS, and Android. A worldwide beta test demo for Switch will be held in March 2024 with support for English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese language options.

LEVEL-5 has delayed mecha action RPG Megaton Musashi: Wired from its previously planned 2023 release window to April 25, 2024 worldwide. It will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam for $49.99 / 4,950 yen. It will support English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French, Italian, German, and Spanish language options.
