Thanksgiving in the United States comes with a number of traditional televised events, but maybe none as seamless and low-key entertaining as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

BlizzCon 2023 has officially kicked off and its opening ceremony is currently underway. This first presentation is promised to be filled with the "biggest reveals, Diablo announcements, and panel discussions from Warcraft and Overwatch."
This article will gather all the biggest announcements, reveals, trailers, and more from BlizzCon 2023, and we will continue to update it throughout the show!
Diablo 4's first expansion will be called Vessel of Hatred, and it will include a brand-new, never-before-seen class. We didn't learn too much, but it was confirmed it will take place in Diablo 2 region Nahantu and will concern the fate of Mephisto and his plans for Sanctuary.
After an early leak, Blizzard officially revealed Mauga, the game's first Samoan hero who also happens to be a heavy assault character. He wields a number of heavy artillery weapons like the incendiary chaingun and the volatile chaingun. If that wasn't great enough, he has nicknamed them Gunny and Cha Cha, respectively.
His charge move is called Overrun, and it's basically an unstoppable skill that see him rushing and charging through the battlefield, destroying everything in his path.
Hearthstone: Showdown in the Badlands is the card game's next expansion, and it takes place in Azeroth's wild west. This new expansion was a western spin, and it will also serve as an origin story for Hearthstone's Reno Jackson and Elise Starseeker. These two must work together to save the Badlands from a nefarious mining operation.
Hearthstone: Showdown in the Badlands will be released on November 14, 2023, and it will feature the game's neutral hero card.
Blizzard Entertainment, Glass Cannon Unplugged, and Genuine Entertainment have announced a tabletop role-playing game adaptation of Diablo. The core book will launch in Fall 2024 and the Diablo TTRPG will launch via a pre-order campaign on Kickstarter.
Diablo 4 is the main inspiration for the TTRPG, and it "will further explore the overworld and underworld o Sanctuary, embarking on adventures above and below with fan-favourite mechanics torn straight from the screen."
Xbox boss Phil Spencer made his first appearance at BlizzCon, which itself is the first BlizzCon since Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
"Throughout Blizzard's history, they've pioneered and refined so much across the gaming industry and many of you today have been a part of that journey," Spencer said on stage. "Think of Diablo - it propelled the action RPG genre forward. StarCraft spawned the foundation for what esports would eventually become, and StarCraft 2 was a major catalyst for the evolution of games as live entertainment.
"World of Warcraft changed not only how people developed and supported games, but, really, it introduced

Oppo users can rejoice as the company has not only announced the ColorOS 14 version but is also rolling it out to supported devices. The global beta version of the OS is going to arrive on the Oppo Find N2 Flip first, but the company has shared the timeline for a number of devices.
I went into BlizzCon expecting big World of Warcraft announcements, and we certainly got a bunch of them, but I can’t rightfully say I was right about any. However, I still think Iridikron will remain an antagonist throughout the next expansion, and it won’t be until Midnight that we’ll actually deal with him for the last time. I did not expect to get three expansion announcements, and some of the features coming with The War Within were also surprising. Additionally, 10.2 went live, and I have some thoughts about how that is progressing. Let’s jump in!
World of Warcraft: Cataclysm is perhaps one of the most divisive, if not the most divisive, expansion that has graced the wildly popular MMORPG. With it came a plethora of new dungeons, two entirely new races (one for the Horde and Alliance, respectively), and a drastic change to the world map. But Blizzard Entertainment is dedicated to preserving the nostalgia that’s integral to the success of World of Warcraft: Classic while also keeping modern sensibilities in mind to cater to players who may have missed these pivotal moments in the MMORPG’s history. This includes some user interface revamps, the inclusion of new systems like the Season of Discovery, and more that the Classic team is working on delivering once Deathwing soars back into Azeroth to wreak havoc for a second time.
World of Warcraft: The War Within is the next expansion set to release for the decades-long-running MMORPG. Touted as during the BlizzCon 2023 Opening Ceremony part of the culmination of nearly twenty years of Warcraft history, The War Within is the first of three chapters that will see the resolution to narrative threads that have been dangling for years. And like any expansion, it will feature new areas for players to discover, along with more than a handful of dungeons and encounters they can tackle at varying difficulties.
During BlizzCon 2023, the World of Warcraft team announced that the next few expansions would be releasing at a faster pace than players are used to, highlighted by the fact that the MMO developer showcased the next three expansions on stage. The team's development process to do so apparently is a result of feedback from Shadowlands' glacial pace of content releases, according to the developers in a group interview over the weekend.
