Black Friday 2023 – Get up to £140 off on PS5 consoles & bundles

Black Friday 2023‘ big sales bonanza is now well under way, and there’s big saving to be had on PlayStation 5 consoles! There’s up to £100 off on a new PS5, as well as plenty of added value bundles with extra games thrown into the mix.

Let’s cut right to the chase. Sony has cut the MSRP for a standard PS5 console with disc drive in the UK down to £389.99 – that’s £90 off compared to the previous price of £479.99 – and there’s also a PS5 with an extra DualSense controller for £399.99.

On top of that, game bundles for a PS5 with EA Sports FC 24, Spider-Man 2 or Modern Warfare 3 are down to £409.99, compared to their standard price of £539.99.

However, some retailers are going further, either shaving off a few more quid, or throwing in extra games. What are the best offers?

Argos have some of those PS5 bundles down to under £400, but with an extra game available on top of that as well – choose from The Last of Us Part I, Gotham Knights, Immortals of Aveum, Dead Space, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga or Peppa Pig: World Adventures.

Elsewhere, you can get close to the same value, but not the same kind of added game bonus.

These are some of the best offers we’ve seen so far today, but there’s still plenty of time during Black Friday 2023 and the following Cyber Monday sales. The sales have kicked off one week before the actual Black Friday day this year – 24th November – and there’s always the chance that retailers will compete more heavily on the day itself. We’ll keep an eye out and point out the best offers we can see.

Sony’s offers aren’t just on consoles. They’ve kicked off a huge Black Friday sale on the PlayStation Store with discounts on hundreds of games. There’s also savings to be had on PlayStation Plus for new or upgrading subscribers and up to 30% off a 12-month sub.
