Billie Eilish Drops into Fortnite for Festival Season 3

PlayStation Plus subscribers can prepare themselves for ' second season with the subscription's latest free trial. As well as offering a roster of several full games to download and stream from across several PlayStation consoles' libraries, the Premium tier of PlayStation Plus also grants access to 2-hour long timed trials of some newer AAA offerings, such as,, and more and players can carry over their progress — including trophies — to the main game if they choose to purchase it afterward.

Pokemon has revealed a Strange Paradox merch line coming to the Pokemon Center later this month, and the first Paradox Pokemon to get their own plushes will be a part of the new collection. Paradox Pokemon were introduced to the series in Scarlet & Violet, and three of them have been selected to get the plush treatment, all going on sale with the rest of the Strange Paradox range from May 18. The only caveat for now, and it's a common one when it comes to new Pokemon merch, is they will be Pokemon Center Japan exclusives.

Just yesterday, we learned that Billie Eilish would be headlining Season 3 of Fortnite Festival, the free-to-play music mode which has slowly but surely cornered the periphery market. With the update now live, there were a few welcome extra additions. For starters, guitar controller support for Harmonix's previous effort, Rock Band 4, is now available, meaning those dusty old axes can finally be put to good use.

The Bad Guy herself, Billie Eilish, will be the next musical megastar to grace the Fortnite Festival mainstage, following in the footsteps of Lady Gaga and The Weeknd. Eilish revealed she will take the stage today, 23rd April, presumably with a list of free-to-player bangers.

You may be able to give those plastic Rock Band guitars you have stuffed away in the attic a new lease of life. Fortnite Festival (a Rock Band-style mode that debuted in Fortnite in December) now supports several Rock Band 4 controllers across PlayStation, Xbox and PC, as detailed in a blog post.

Fortnite Festival should feel even more like Rock Band today, as guitar controller support is finally added to the game mode. Only certain controllers are compatible, but it at least makes it possible for some of us to recreate the good ol' days of rhythm games being playable with big plastic controllers, even if not all the instruments are available right now.
