Bethesda sale lets you ‘build your own bundle’

A Lords of the Fallen update lets you once again enable Nvidia DLSS, helping you optimize your performance and frame rate in the soulslike game. A Sucker Punch Productions game developer is making their own dinosaur fighting game — but instead of fists, these dinos are fighting with swords. Jean Nguyen, senior gameplay animator at Sucker Punch, took to Twitter today (October 6) to share an update on his personal game project Dino-Sword. 

While both Cyberpunk 2077 and Starfield are first-person action role-playing games, they try to accomplish very different things. Despite this, the game developed by CD Projekt Red is being used to highlight how the one developed by Bethesda can feel and look dated at times.

Back in the good old days of Bethesda RPGs (and I'm talking about Oblivion, Skyrim, and the Fallout games) when you killed a fool you could loot them of all their stuff. And I mean everything! Not just weapons and cash, but outfits, pieces of armor, helmets, hats, and dignity. When you looted a dead enemy in those games, you left behind nothing but a corpse in its underwear.

Terraria 1.4.5 will let you befriend an adorable fairy pet with a deep-rooted hatred for trees, inspired by one of the game’s lead developers and its creator’s partner. The arrival of the Terraria State of the Game for September 2023 gives us some more spoilers for the next big update, and there’s a new weapon and building tool coming that’ll let you disrespect your opponents and make a real mess of the place.
