As you’d expect, though, there is an elite small selection of Pokémon cards that are the best there ever was.

Read on to find our list of the 13 best Pokémon cards to collect and use in battles.

This support card lets you discard your entire hand and draw seven new cards from your deck. If you’re planning some competitive play it’s definitely worth tracking down one of these cards.

150HP, Fire Spin that deals 200 damage, and the ability to turn other energy cards you have attached to the classic Pokémon into fire energy in the XY Evolutions reprint? What a legendary card this is — if you can find one.

Pokemon from the Paldea region are making their debut in Pokemon GO, giving Trainers a host of new creatures to fill their Pokedexes. Early on, the quest splits into three paths, and it’s only natural that we all want to pick the best one. Let me try and answer the question, “Which path should I choose in Pokemon GO: A Paldean Adventure?”
There are now more Pokémon to collect in Pokémon Go than in any of the franchise's main series games.
Pokemon has been around long enough and become a big enough deal during that time that the franchise has officially paired up with just about everything. Particularly food and drink these past few years as The Pokemon Company has teamed up with McDonald's to put Pokemon cards in Happy Meals, and Krispy Kreme to put Charmander's face on a doughnut. Now Pokemon is letting fans put various other 'mons on baked goods via the launch of an official Pokemon baking cookbook.
As you’re catching Pokemon and battling it out in gyms, you can obtain various items to help you along the way. Primal Groudon is a powerful opponent for you to face off against in Pokemon Go. It’s a powered-up form of Groudon, already one of the strongest legendary Pokémon in the mobile game. You’ll have a limited time to defeat it, and we highly recommend doing it alongside a handful of friends.
