Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden ‘Gameplay Overview’ trailer

Ubisoft has been very keen to remind everyone that Assassin's Creed Mirage is, first and foremost, a stealth action game. This is instead of it following the open world RPG blueprint of the series' most recent outings, and the title's latest promotional video is perhaps a perfect example of what Basim's adventure through Baghdad is all about.

Fallen Aces is an upcoming shooter from New Blood Interactive that looks like it's from the 1930s but clearly plays like it's from the 1990s. That's a good thing, for the record—or at least it is in this case. 

As someone who fancies themselves a pirate in EVE Online, I was pretty stoked when I first heard about the changes and gameplay features coming to Havoc, the next expansion for the space-faring MMO. Pirate factions such as the Angel Cartel and Guristas are prominent NPC groups in New Eden, with ships from Angel Cartel making up some of my favorites in the MMO — the Machariel especially.

Teardown, the first-person, voxel-based heist game that might fairly be described as the delightfully bizarre lovechild of Burnout 3's Crash Mode, Minecraft, and Thief, is on its way to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 15. We all know it — the video game release schedule for the rest of 2023 is pretty ridiculous. So much so, that we've already seen one or two notable games shifting around in order to avoid clashing with others; take Alan Wake 2, for example. Well, another game is venturing even further out to get away from the hustle and bustle. Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is delayed into 2024.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, the latest game from Life is Strange developer Don't Nod, has been delayed until next year to avoid the stacked 2023 release calendar.

French developer DON'T NOD (Life Is Strange, Vampyr, Tell Me Why, Twin Mirror) announced the delay of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, its upcoming action RPG.

DON’T NOD, developer of Life is Strange, Vampyr, and Tell Me Why has announced that its latest title, Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, will be delayed. Initially, the studio planned a November 7, 2023 release date.

Don’t Nod and Focus Entertainment have announced that Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has been delayed to Feb. 13, 2024. The game was originally supposed to launch on Nov. 7 this year.

DON’T NOD and Focus Entertainment’s action RPG Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden has looked quite promising in all that we’ve seen so far, but it looks like we’re going to have to wait a little longer to get our hands on it than previously anticipated. Previously set to launch on November 7, the game has now been delayed to February next year.
