Don’t be fooled by the size of Baldur’s Gate 3’s third-act map. You won’t be walking miles and miles like in the Wilderness, but every corner hides a bit of side content, whether it is in the form of some letter sitting atop a shelf, a random NPC standing in a park, or a mini-game that hides a legendary weapon. Baldur’s Gate is full of content waiting to be discovered, but it’s also so packed that most of it is really easy to miss. Baldur’s Gate 3 is overflowing with things to find, all you need to do is keep your eyes peeled and explore. Countless hours can be spent pouring over the map and finding hidden nooks that contain everything from small encounters to sprawling adventures. It makes the game truly sing.

I finally jumped into Baldur's Gate 3 yesterday and it's kick-started my desire to play through the campaign with multiple characters. The game feels like it's missing one perspective though - what if I don't want to remove the mind flayer parasite? What if I want it to take over from the get-go and start absolute chaos?

The Sinister Doors on the castle’s second door must be opened to thwart Cazador’s ritual. These colossal metal gates are impossible to destroy or lockpick, making this task quite a puzzle.

Money makes the world go around, even in Baldur’s Gate 3. Jaheira’s Companion quest leads players to The Counting House, where all the coins and valuable goodies are stashed. Unfortunately, a Money Heist-like scheme is out of the question since the Stone Lord beat us to it.

There's been a lot of chatter in the last few weeks about whether you should have Baldur's Gate 3's karmic dice option turned on or off. It's something that's turned on by default, intended to help level the playing field a bit and throw a few good rolls your way when things are looking very much bad and vice versa. Some players claimed that it was actively gimping their high-end gameplay though, with enemies receiving the same treatment with fudged dice rolls—dealing massive damage and causing survivability issues all round. Despite Larian saying it was an early access issue that would be fixed in the full release, there's still been tons of players going to bat for both sides of the argument.
