Spiders’ 2019 RPG GreedFall is what you would call a diamond in the rough- a game that certainly had its issues, but one that endeared itself massively to those who played it nonetheless. Naturally, then, when GreedFall 2: The Dying World was announced last year, the news was met with plenty of excitement. But with it having been well over a year since the game’s announcement, many are beginning to wonder when we’ll be hearing more news about the RPG.

Each of these characters has their own unique skillset, called "", which involves a ranged weapon of choice, and a preferred melee weapon. GameMill Entertainment's title hasn't been particularly well received and has been deemed one of the year's worst games alongside another of the publisher's IP-based games,. However, the idea at its core was one that had potential.

takes place within the continuity of AMC's TV series, following the first four seasons, but allows players to change key moments from the show to create their own narrative. While this does mean that players won't interact with major characters from later in the series, such as Negan, they will see some of the franchise's major landmarks such as Hershel's Farm and the West Georgia Correctional Facility. They will also have to either deal with or assume control of Season 3 and 4's main antagonist, The Governor.

Much like his brother Daryl, Merle is an expert tracker and hunter. However, his abrasive personality caused friction within the group, resulting in them leaving him behind, handcuffed to a rooftop in the TV show. Merle escaped the rooftop by removing his arm in the show and ultimately joined forces with The Governor at Woodbury in Season 3.
In the AMC show, Merle replaced his arm with a machete-esque blade, and his primary bladed weapon in is some form of machete regardless of whether he loses his arm.

Although he returned in an antagonistic role in the show, the decisions made in the game change the dynamic within the wider group of survivors drastically. Further decisions made while dealing with those in Woodbury can result in Merle assuming a leadership position, resulting in the deaths of other characters in extreme departures from the show's storyline.

The saga of The Day Before has been quite a wild and winding tale. One, it seems, without a happy ending. Originally revealed back in 2021, developer Fntastic promised an ambitious open-world looter-shooter zombie MMO along the lines of something like The Division and impressive early “gameplay” trailers earned the project a large following on Steam.
