Square Enix has officially announced a PC version of Final Fantasy 16 is in development, in addition to two pieces of paid DLC.

During PAX West 2023's 'Voices from Valisthea' panel, Square Enix debuted a new message from Final Fantasy XVI producer Naoki Yoshida.

Square Enix has released the “Countdown to Launch” trailer for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis, which is due out for iOS via App Store and Android via Google Play on September 7.

There's been a lot of debate over Final Fantasy 16 and its sales numbers. A new patch for Final Fantasy 16 will be dropping this week, but try not to get too excited when the notification pops up on your PS5. Indeed, this seems to be a very minor update, with the game's official Japanese website mentioning adjustments to how Arcade Mode evaluates your combat performance — and that's pretty much it. A new leaderboard will be put in place as well.
