has an expansive universe filled with stories of intrigue and mystery with a ton of twists and unexpected plot points. While some of these hidden pieces of the lore are rather innocuous, others are huge and have major implications not only on the narrative of, but can also impact in-game aspects of the title. With all the varying factions, characters, and locations, it can be easy to get overly invested in side missions or Activities and miss out on some of the game's bigger plot twists and spoilers.
With that said, there is a greater narrative in, and understanding it requires paying close attention and completing the questlines for the four major factions of the Crimson Fleet, UC Vanguard, Ryujin Industries, and Constellation. Some of these revelations are huge and will completely shift how some view certain events in the game. Here are the biggest spoilers and story reveals in 's campaign.

If one partakes in the Ryujin Industries questline in, they'll be taken down a long and winding path of corporate espionage, intrigue, and covert ops. A refreshing break from some of the main space-oriented missions of the game, this line of missions puts the protagonist in the role of a corporate spy, sent to different competing companies to gather (or plant) information.

By the time the main character reaches the «Guilty Parties,» portion of the quest, it's discovered that Ularu Chen, a high-ranking executive at Ryujin Industries, is actually the person who leaked the company's secrets to competitors in an effort to usurp the position of CEO from the current CEO, Masako Imada. Ultimately, players must make the decision to either side with Masako or Ularu, but siding with the latter also means betraying Imogen Salzo, the NPC that has been guiding the protagonist thus far. Regardless of the decision, the revelation that the mole had been in plain sight the entire time is certainly a big spoiler for the questline.
As part of «The Hammer Falls» missions in, the protagonist must eventually uncover the truth behind the theft of a spaceship from Ron Hope's factory. As a member of the Council of Governors, Hope has immense political sway in the Freestar Collective, which is made even worse by the fact that it's later revealed that he was the one responsible for hiring the First mercenary group, threatening the innocent farmers on Montara Luna.
