With work on Cyberpunk 2077 winding down post-Phantom Liberty and more resources now being shifted to The Witcher 4, CD Projekt Red hopes to expand its development operations to a scale "not precedented in the history of our company."

I never fully wrote off Star Citizen as a scam to sell expensive fake ships to credulous fans of Wing Commander, but neither have I ever been convinced that it will actually achieve a 1.0 release someday. Although initially missing due to a bug, the finale of Tyr's questline now correctly awards the long awaited Dragon Isles Drakes: White Scales, granting grey white scales to the Renewed, Cliffside, Highland, Windborne, and Winding drakes! We last left off the quest to reforge the keeper Tyr in 10.1.7, in which we helped recreate the Tyr's Guard and received the Dragon Isles Drakes: Gilded Armor as a rewards. The Tyr's Guard now prepares to journey to Suramar where Tyr's Disc is being held in a timeline where the Nighthold is still controlled by Elisande.

Following the removal of Sam Altman as the OpenAI CEO, the path to pick the right candidate to fill the position was not easy for the board members and they looked to be in an unseemly rush. Soon after the firing, Mira Murati joined as the interim CEO, however, after the news of Altman joining Microsoft was announced, the employees, including Murati, wanted to reinstate Sam Altman and they threatened mass resignations from the company. With its marquee Warhammer 40,000 tabletop miniatures game selling like hotcakes and the reboot of its popular Old World setting on the horizon, the gaming company is doubling down on a revitalized 28-millimeter-scale Horus Heresy line with Legions Imperialis, a diminutive 6-millimeter-scale wargame set in the same time period. The spiritual successor to the cult classic Epic 40,000 is highly anticipated by the community.

45 years after Space Invaders first, ahem, invaded arcades, Numskull Designs has gifted a quarter-scale playable replica to the game's creator, Tomohiro Nishikado.

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth isn't that far away now, as the developers behind the title have been dishing out more and more details to get us nice and pumped for its February 2024 release. We already know that the game will include some much-requested character customization options, and that someone is getting impaled at some point, but it's now been revealed that Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will also feature a fancy new 'Dynamic' difficulty mode.
