Legends of Azeroth do battle in an action strategy title as Blizzard finally brings the big guns to mobile with Warcraft Rumble. Blizzard Entertainment’s money-making behemoth will finally appear on mobile platforms at Blizzcon on November 3rd, 2023. The fast-paced action strategy promises players a chance to form armies to take on familiar bosses, dungeons and even other players from 5 different factions in the Warcraft universe. Built from the ground up for mobile platforms, players can collect “minis” of their favorite heroes from both the horde and the alliance to battle alongside their own personal death squads. Blizzard promises a deep solo campaign with strategic puzzles, a fully fleshed PvP system, and even dungeons with challenging boss fights for veterans and new players alike. The executive producer of Warcraft Rumble, Vik Saraf, said, “We’re confident that whether you’re new to the Warcraft universe or a long-time veteran, you’ll find the perfect army to unleash your brand of joyful chaos!”

The Plucky Squire takes a particularly innovative approach to blending classic 2D gameplay with modern 3D action and a slick presentation. Focusing on a trio of heroes from a storybook, the protagonists literally jump from the pages of their 2D realm and into the broader 3D world to find new adventures, allowing them to bounce between 2D and 3D gameplay at will.
