We review Birds of a Feather, a set collection and hand management board game published by Snowbright Studios. If you are a fan of bird themed board games, then Birds of a Feather makes a nice light game to try out.

We review Zhanguo: The First Empire, a euro game published by Sorry We Are French. This new edition helps improve upon the original Zhanguo: The First Empire in a number of ways.

We review Catch the Moon, a dexterity board game published by Kosmos. In Catch the Moon, players are trying to stack ladders on the structure without causing any to fall off.

Board games that I find average, but with great potential, that get an expansion always grab my attention. 3000 Scoundrels is no exception. Our very own Andrew Smith reviewed the base game in August of 2023, and I couldn’t agree more with his overall conclusion: “Generally, I’d say 3000 Scoundrels is a well-produced game with some great ideas. But it doesn’t have enough depth to the gameplay to really make it worth keeping around in my collection…” So, does the new Double or Nothing expansion help it find its footing? Let’s find out. 

We review Subastral, a set collection board game published by Renegade Games. In Subastral, you are collecting cards and placing them into your tableau to score points.

We review Earthborne Rangers, a cooperative card game published by Earthborne Games. In Earthborne Rangers, players are building out a ranger and exploring the valley throughout a campaign.
