PQube will release MAGES.-developed romance visual novel SINce Memories: Off the Starry Sky for PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam in the west, the publisher announced. Release timing was not announced, but Amazon lists a September 24 release date.
SINce Memories: Off the Starry Sky is the latest entry in the long-running Memories Off series, and first launched for PlayStation 4 and Switch on September 16, 2021 in Japan and Asia, followed by PC on December 16, 2021.

A new video gives a brief new look at Super Nintendo World's upcoming Donkey Kong Country-themed expansion. The theme park first opened as a part of Universal Studios Japan, first in 2020 as a soft opening and later a grand opening in 2021. The Super Nintendo World theme park has a number of Super Mario Bros. related items and attractions, including a restaurant, rides, and even photo opportunities with characters like Princess Peach. Shortly after the park's grand opening in Japan, Nintendo announced an expansion would be coming to the park that will open later in 2024.
The early months of 2024 have seen Microsoft stepping up its efforts to bring its first-party Xbox titles to audiences on rival platforms, with Hi-Fi Rush having released for PS5 and Obsidian duo Pentiment and Grounded both having launched for PS5 and Switch. Sea of Thieves arrives for PS5 later this month, and though Microsoft hasn’t officially announced further plans to bring any other of its games to rival consoles beyond that, reports continue to insist that there’s more stuff in the pipeline.

A suspect has been arrested for threats made against Nintendo in December 2023. Nintendo decided to cancel its Live Tokyo 2024 event, originally scheduled to be held on January 20-21, 2024, after an unknown person made multiple threats against company employees and attendees. As a precaution, Nintendo postponed several tournaments that were to take place during the Live Tokyo show.

The Nintendo Switch Online subscription service gives subscribers access to a wide range of classic Nintendo games from a variety of console generations. Some of these games are available to all Nintendo Switch Online subscribers regardless of tier, while some require the Expansion Pack.
Koji Kondo joined Nintendo in 1984 and ended up composing basically every memorable theme from the Mario or Zelda series. The legendary composer had a particularly wild idea for a stage effect in last year's Super Mario Bros Wonder, and while that idea was rejected, it did end up giving Kondo the opportunity to bring his voice to the game.
