Sims competitor Life By You finally releases this summer after its early access delay

The latest 11-inch and 13-inch M4 iPad Pro models are equipped with Tandem OLED technology, making them the first consumer products to be equipped with such panels. The obvious benefits include higher brightness and richer colors, and perhaps the biggest perk of using an OLED apart from the battery life improvements is the longer lifespan of the displays. However, users may not appreciate that the addition of Tandem OLED actually results in worse battery life compared to the M1 version with mini-LED, at least according to the latest tests.

Publisher Ubisoft and developer Evil Empire have delayed the Early Access launch of the recently announced The Rogue Prince of Persia from May 14 to a little later in May. An exact date will be announced on May 13.

Evil Empire’s The Rogue Prince of Persia, a 2D side-scrolling rogue-lite based on Ubisoft’s franchise, has seen a delay. Previously slated for May 14th, early access will now start later this month, with a new release date to be announced on May 13th.

After five years of development, two of those in early access, Stunlock Studios’ V Rising is now available on PC. The action RPG sees players as vampires who suddenly awaken in a world of humans. Survival is paramount, especially when hunters (including Simon Belmont from Castlevania) and other supernatural threats abound. Check out the latest trailer here.

#DRIVE Rally will launch in Early Access for PC and Mac via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG this fall, followed by a full launch across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC in 2025, developer Pixel Perfect Dude announced.

It’s not a biggie (or is it?) but the devs are taking a new turn with the Final Fantasy BE: WOTV English voice-over. They’re ending all English VOs for the global version of Final Fantasy BE: WOTV.

Without any warning, Hades 2 has launched into early access on both Steam and the Epic Games Store for players to hack and slash through the levels. 

The Early Access release of Hades 2 has already more than doubled the all-time peak concurrent player count of the first game on Steam.

When No Rest for the Wicked was released in Early Access, there was excitement, bt it wasn't without issue. Initially, the game had a staggeringly unsteady frame rate and other technical issues — which is to be expected from a game in Early Access. But developer Moon Studio has rolled out patch after patch, rectifying these issues and more or less changing the game over a series of weeks. I had the opportunity to play No Rest for the Wicked in its earlier stages, marred by frame drops and freezes, and more recently, as the game itself has evened out. And what I’ve found lies beneath is a game that blends the isometric and action RPG genres together in a tantalizing way that could shape up to be something exciting, even if it isn’t exactly original.

Paradox Interactive has told players not to expect any further delays to its upcoming life simulation game Life by You.

Free-to-play 60-player racing game Stampede: Racing Royale will launch in Early Access for Xbox Series and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store this summer, publisher Secret Mode and developer Sumo Leamington announced. The Xbox Series and Microsoft Store versions are newly announced.

Hades 2 developer Supergiant Games has signaled the end of the game’s technical test and early access launch soon afterwards.
