The has officially been set, with Bandai Namco confirming the game will launch later this year.
The Sand Land video game release date is set for April 26, 2024 in the U.S., where the game will launch on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Preorders for the game are now available across various platforms.
Bandai Namco has also previously shared more about the Sand Land game, including the fact that Beelzebub — the main character — will be able to string together combos of attacks, and use heavy and special attacks as well. A skill tree in the game will allow for different attacks to be learned, which will work differently depending on the enemy you’re fighting.
In the game, exploration is encouraged. Bandai Namco noted that various places can be visited, including village ruins, military bases, and dungeon ruins. The latter of these are divided into small, medium, and large dungeons. Some of these contain multiple levels as well.

Sand Land is a shonen manga series created by Akira Toriyama. Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump serialized the manga from May 22, 2000, to August 28, 2000. There are 14 chapters, available in one volume. It was released on November 2, 2000, in Japan. Meanwhile, Viz Media handled the North American and English release of the series. They released the English volume on December 24, 2003.

Bandai Namco Entertainment shared a new teaser trailer for Sand Land: The Series this Friday.
