Overwatch 2 is getting Cowboy Bebop skins and the trailer is everything you want

Earlier this month, the world lost a one-of-a-kind creative talent with the news of Akira Toriyama’s passing. While Dragon Ball will always be Toriyama-sensei’s best-known work, he leaves behind a legacy full of many other imaginative worlds across games, anime, and manga. Before leaving us, he worked with Bandai Namco to flesh out one of his short manga creations further: Sand Land. Alongside a new anime series, Toriyama-sensei gave input on a videogame adaptation of Sand Land that would allow players to explore this unique world for themselves.

There are few individuals as mysterious as Helldivers 2's galactic game master Joel – the man pulling all the strings of the war, constantly working to evolve the third-person shooter's evolving narrative, as well as issuing Major Orders to us all.

Cowboy Bebop skins have slithered into Overwatch 2's in-game store, but you can just as easily buy the entire anime series physically for the same price as one single crossover cosmetic.

One of my favourite 'jokes'to do is parody Raymond Chandler, i.e. I shout "She had legs all the way up to her thighs!" and then laugh at myself. The trailer for Nobody Wants To Die seems like it's self-seriousness is actually self-awareness. I mean, I kind of refuse to believe that hard-boiled future crime detective James Karra saying "I'm in the business of secrets... But it's more of an addiction... And I like 'em straight... No chaser..." while sipping from a glass of amber liquor isn't indulging in some amount of winking and nudging.

Cyberpunk 2077 completed a remarkable turnaround last year with the launch of Phantom Liberty and the free Update 2.0, but CD Projekt RED has continued to release patches for the game since then. From smaller updates to larger ones that bring new gameplay features, the studio has continued working on the action RPG, even though the focus of the team has now very much shifted to its sequel, Project Orion.
