Hello Games has launched the No Man’s Sky Omega update, introducing even more ways to experience the ever-growing spacefaring sim. The UK-based developer also revealed a free trial for the game that is now live on all platforms and will be available until February 19 at 18:00 GMT.
The Omega update, also referred to as No Man’s Sky Patch 4.5, includes a “complete overhaul” of in-game expeditions. These were introduced back in 2021, tasking players with a series of challenges across the galaxy that unlock in phases and offer time-limited exclusive rewards.
Other highlights include a reworked Atlas Path (the main storyline) as well as new ships that can be added to your fleet. Here’s an over of what to expect in the No Man’s Sky Omega update:
