It will be some time until fans of the Mass Effect series will be able to experience the next entry in the series, according to a reliable insider.
Commenting on the teasers shared yesterday to celebrate the annual N7 day, Tom Henderson, who proved over and over to be a reliable insider, said not to expect the game for three or four more years. While it is disappointing the series will need something like ten years to continue, this is hardly surprising, considering BioWare is hard at work on the next entry in the Dragon Age series.
3 or 4 more years yet

The fact that Mass Effect Andromeda isn't among the best entries in the series makes the wait for its follow-up even more difficult to bear. While the gameplay was mostly fine, featuring the best combat system in the entire series, the predictable story and uninteresting companions made the journey of the Pathfinder one that was easy to forget, as I highlighted in my review.
Mass Effect Andromeda could have been one of the best RPGs ever, but sadly the game never realizes its full potential. While the gameplay experience and RPG mechanics are mostly well done, with the best combat system of the entire series, the predictable story, uninteresting characters, and generally mediocre writing make the Pathfinder's quest to find a new home for humanity not as memorable as it could have been.

Mass Effect, as we all know, has always hungered in its secret heart to become a twitchy first-person shooter. To cast aside the aged moniker of «RPG», whatever that means, and to transform into the helter-skelter, thrill-a-minute Call of Duty-like it was always meant to be.
There’s a new rumor about the Nintendo Switch 2 that may be cause for concern about the platform’s potential power.
After leaving BioWare in January, Mass Effect lead writer Mac Walters has established a new remote studio, Worlds Untold, in Vancouver, Canada, with NetEase Games. As per a press release, it aims to create new IPs with “depth and possibility” that “can’t be contained in a single game, or even a single medium.”
It looks like is now a must-play for fans looking to get the full experience. Details gleaned from N7 Day 2023 teasers point to some exciting hints that the Andromeda galaxy’s storyline will somehow connect to the Milky Way galaxy’s storyline. This means that players who were previously avoiding the last entry in the franchise will likely have to dive into the game to better understand the narrative Bioware is crafting for. Given the game’s reputation, that may sound like a daunting task, but it’s better than it seems.
The Rachni continue to be a problem in Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition. You initially encountered the last Rachni Queen in the first game, and you could free her or let her die.
Mass Effect fans have been debating a recent claim that the next game in the series may not launch until 2029.
According to industry insider Jeff Grubb, the next installment in the Mass Effect RPG series may not arrive until 2029.
In December 2020, BioWare confirmed that it had started working on the next instalment in the Mass Effect franchise, but since then, updates on the game have been limited to brief teasers, posters, and the like, with another new teaser having been released earlier this week. So what does that suggest for where the game is in the development process?
The next Mass Effect game may not see a release until 2029 or later, it’s claimed.
According to reputable insider Jeff Grubb, the next Mass Effect - which just got a new teaser two days ago - won't launch until at least 2029. I don't know about you lot, but I'll be a year shy of 30 by then. I was 16 when Andromeda came out.
If you took the bold plunge on an import Steam Deck like yours truly, today's your day. Humble Bundle has collated some impressive discounts on handheld PC games. Be sure to get in and pay less on commute-slaying experiences. Ubisoft (among others) also seem to be quite determined to shift a bunch of Ultimate Editions out the door as well. Grab you the "bestest versions" while the going's good.
