Rebellion has today published a fresh PSVR2 trailer for Zombie Army VR, a spin-off from the main Zombie Army series that marks its first foray into virtual reality. It delivers a fully-fledged campaign that can be played alone or with a friend, and charts a path alongside the main games telling the story of a Deadhunter on the search for zombie war criminals.
«You fight your way through undead hordes near the bombed-out city of Nuremberg to help Captain Hermann Wolff, the Deadhunter’s legendary leader, find his scattered family, and fight to free Europe from the zombie apocalypse,» a press release reveals. The likes of assault rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, and submachine guns form the core of your arsenal when fighting the undead, with the opportunity to dual-wield guns and master reload animations presenting themselves during gameplay.
Zombie Army VR launches for PSVR2 later in 2024 alongside versions for all three Meta Quest headsets and the Oculus Rift. Are you interested in this Zombie Army spin-off? Arm yourself to the teeth in the comments below.
Liam grew up with a PlayStation controller in his hands and a love for Metal Gear Solid. Nowadays, he can be found playing the latest and greatest PS5 games as well as supporting Derby County. That last detail is his downfall.
Maybe.....I was interested in After The Fall but was put off by the always online aspect (thinking Inwould have nothing if the game bombed and they shut the servers.....which is more likely with a VR game, in my head)
So if Zombie Army VR offers a solo offline mode Id keep an an on the title.
Zombies, dual wield guns and VR.......Count me in
Looks great, looking forward to playing this.
I need some Sniper Elite 6 news from Rebellion
@BusyOlf hopefully 6 is more «Sniper Elite» than «Pistol Elite». I loved every game except 5 because sniping was either pointless or non existent.
This looks siiiiiiiiiick. That'll be a day one purchase for me.
Zombie Army 4 was criminally underrated. Great campaign, great dlc, great horde mode.

We've also got Metro Awakening coming some time later this year! And like many PSVR2 owners that owned a PSVR1 prior, I too am extremely annoyed that Sony hasn't ported over the Shark encounter from PSVR World's 'Ocean Descent' on PSVR1, Astro Bot: Rescue Mission or Resident Evil 7 VR.
It's baffling that all 3 of those have been left for dead on a 2016 headset. All 3 should of been ready to go since launch. But sales have been lackluster and that's putting it nicely, so there's probably hardly any desire to put in the time and money to make it happen.
Are the slow motion killcams/bulletcam still a thing?
@ThaBEN I would also like to know the answer to this.
