There are many gaming trends that don’t really make a lot of sense, and Nintendo, sadly, has had quite a few of them during its decades-long lifetime. One of those “ideas” of theirs is about to come to a head as Pac-Man 99 is getting ready to go off of the online databases. For those who don’t recall, this was the second title in their “99” game series, and it featured you as the one and only Pac-Man going up against 98 other players to see who could last until the end. Well, no matter how many times you won, the end is officially coming.

It's happened, Marvel's Avengers is no more. Just three years after launch, the game has been delisted from all storefronts but will remain playable for anyone who picked it up before the takedown. You should still be able to play with friends, but any issues you run into won't be addressed, and there will be no more events.

Marvel’s Avengers, the ill-fated live-service action-adventure title from Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal, is getting delisted today. Players can pick it up on digital storefronts before it’s gone, with the Definitive Edition currently discounted by 90 percent on Steam.

One thing that many people and gamers have harped on is that in the last several years, there have been numerous titles that have been released to the world that didn’t deserve to be released at that time. Why? Because when they were released, they had so many issues going on or were so fundamentally bad that you had to wonder why the publisher thought putting them out into the wild was a good idea.
