Microsoft and IGN have announced the IGN x ID@Xbox Digital Showcase, which will be taking place on April 29th. It will be commencing at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST, and will have updates from various projects including Vampire Survivors, Dungeons of Hinterberg, 33 Immortals, and Lost Records Bloom & Rage. Other games will be showcased too, including Palworld and what players can expect next for that.
As this is an indie focused show, do not expect announcements on franchises such as Halo, Gears of War, Fable, or Forza. Microsoft has listed where you will be able to watch the showcase, including the stream above, but here is the full list.
The show will also have an American Sign Language stream, for those located in North America that have hearing loss.

Microsoft has announced the timing of the next Xbox Games Showcase, to be livestreamed on June 9 at 1 pm ET. Just like last year, the event will unfold on the Sunday of Summer Game Fest, which kicks off on June 7 via livestreams and in-person events in Los Angeles. Also similar to last year, where Xbox’s showcase was followed by the Starfield Direct livestream, this year’s showcase will be followed by a deep dive on an upcoming game — and according to The Verge’s reporting, that’s Call of Duty.
Microsoft has revealed the time and date for its upcoming in June. As with last year, Xbox will follow the show with a Direct presentation focusing on a specific title. However, the company is being secretive about which game it will be.
The next Xbox Games Showcase is scheduled to air this summer and it looks like it could also feature a Call of Duty Direct, too.
New week, new videogames! When will it end, etc. There aren't many obvious headliners out in the next few days, but there are a lot of tantalisingly bleak games. Let's see here, we've got a survival shooter that's essentially set in Black Mesa, a sardonical adventure about questing Russian Orthodox nuns, a game about running the company that starts the zombie apocalypse, and a cosy village grower with an atypical emphasis on disease and death. Lovely!

Microsoft's latest quarterly earnings call with shareholders has revealed that its Activision Blizzard acquisition has bolstered the company's gaming division revenue for Q3, offsetting a number of otherwise negative returns. The Microsoft Activision Blizzard acquisition has endured a series of legal challenges across several countries, but it would seem the Xbox parent company's persistence has more than paid off.
As April rolls on, skygazers are in for a treat with the upcoming "Pink" moon making its appearance. Despite its name, don't expect a rosy hue; the term originates from a beautiful North American flower that blooms this time of year.
