Blizzard is making an adjustment to the Lich King encounter in Heroic Icecrown Citadel, making it so damaging the Lich King, Raging Spirits, and Vile Spirits will be significantly reduced after Harvest Souls is cast. This change will be on the PTR for testing soon.

Arfus, the new pet Awarded from the Meta Achievement for Defense Protocol Gamma Dungeons, has had its model updated on the Wrath Classic 3.4.3 PTR. Additionally, a higher resolution model has also been added to Dragonflight, but how to acquire the Retail version has not been announced.

A new mount has been spotted on the Wrath Classic 3.4.3 Public Test Realm, known as the Nightmarish Emerald Drake. As of right now, it is unclear how this mount is obtained.

Blizzard has updated the Wrath Classic 3.4.3 with a new Patch, as well as set Icecrown Citadel live for the final round of raid testing. Unmentioned in the Development Notes is a new change to Glyph of Omen of Clarity, which includes a -5% physical damage dealt modifier.

Blizzard is pushing back the start of the final round of raid testing on the Wrath Classic 3.4.3 PTR by 2 hours.
