A new Honkai: Star Rail leak has revealed a lot of details about one of the upcoming five-star characters, Robin. The game's official social media accounts have previously released Robin's official splash art and description, which is HoYoverse's way of introducing new characters for the upcoming update, Version 2.2.
Robin won't be the only new character in Honkai: Star Rail 2.2, since the same accounts also revealed another five-star character named Boothill. The fact that both characters have a five-star rarity means that their releases will be distributed over the update's two banner cycles.
The official announcement also confirmed that Robin is a Physical user who follows the path of Harmony, which indicates that she will be a supportive unit that can apply various buffs to the whole team composition. Robin has officially been introduced in the Special Program event for update 1.6, and she made her first in-game appearance during Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0. According to the story so far, Robin is a famous Halovian singer born on the Plant of Festivities. A new post on the Honkai: Star Rail Leaks subreddit has revealed Robin's complete kit, including her Skill, Ultimate, and multiple Talent effects.
Her Basic Attack and Skill are fairly simple, which usually indicates that Honkai: Star Rail's new Harmony character will mostly rely on her Ultimate. According to the leak, Robin's Skill is named Pinion's Aria, and it allows the character to increase the damage dealt by all allies by 50%. This effect lasts for turns. Robin's Basic Attack deals Physical damage to a single enemy on the field, equal to 100% of her ATK stat. Her
Robin's Ultimate, Vox Harmonique, makes her enter a special state named Concerto which increases all of her teammates' ATK by 22.8%, plus 200 of Robin's ATK. After a party member performs an attack, Robin will deal additional Physical damage equal to 120% of her Attack. The CRIT Rate for this damage is set to 100% and CRIT Damage cannot exceed 150%. During this state, Robin is also immune to Crowd Control effects, and she cannot take a turn before her ultimate ends. This means that she will be mainly used as an off-field support in Honkai; Star Rail.
One of Robin's Talents increases all allies' CRIT damage by 20%, and it regenerates 2 Energy points whenever a party member attacks an enemy. Another Talent named Sequential Passage will restore a portion of Robin's HP whenever it drops below 50%. When it comes to her exact release date, there is still no official information. However, according to the game's update schedule, players can expect Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.2 to drop around May 7.
