Ghostwire: Tokyo for PC Is Now Free to Grab via Prime Gaming

In Tokyo, a man has been arrested for stalking a woman using social media sites like LINE (a popular app in Japan) and Twitter—as well as the MMORPG Final Fantasy 14. As reported by Kobe News (and translated by Siliconera), the man reportedly sent over 22 messages via those apps trying to re-establish contact, while also threatening to tell her family about their past conversations.

A 38-year-old Tokyo resident has been arrested on stalking charges including on social media and, more unusually, in multiplayer video game Final Fantasy 14.

This supernatural thriller is a bizarre magical FPS filled with all manner of weird and wonderful creatures, tasking you with uncovering the truth behind a vanished city. It might not be the traditional survival horror we expected from Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami’s Tango Gameworks, especially following The Evil Within games, but you shouldn’t pass up the opportunity to try Ghostwire Tokyo for free.

As usual, Prime Gaming titles roll out throughout the month, while the Amazon Luna titles rolled out on October 1.
