Genshin Impact Animated Short Explores Arlecchino Backstory

Arlecchino’s true origins in have just been revealed by a small hidden detail within the game. The Fatui Harbinger also known as the Knave has just been released as a fully playable character after nearly a year of waiting – for reference, Arlecchino was featured in multiple leaks long before her debut as an NPC in the Fontaine questline. The character’s release in Version 4.6 also coincided with the release of her very first Character Quest arc, which revealed a lot of information about Arlecchino and her past self, when she was formerly known as Peruere.

A new Genshin Impact leak has revealed the pulling animations for the three upcoming characters: Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos. All three have already been officially confirmed to arrive in the upcoming version 4.7, which should drop around June 5, according to the game's usual update schedule.

The latest Genshin Impact leak shows Sethos in action against a Ruin Scout, giving players an idea of his damage potential. In version 4.7, Genshin Impact will introduce players to three new units: Clorinde, Sigewinne, and Sethos. Information about these characters is sparse, but early leaks have already revealed their skills and weapons. Clorinde will reportedly be an Electro DPS, while Sigewinne will scale off HP and serve as a healer. Sethos, on the other hand, is expected to be a four-star Electro applicator similar to Fischl.

While completing daily commissions and engaging with Flagship Events has been a reliable way of obtaining Primogems, the extra pulls from Spiral Abyss shouldn’t be discounted either.

As the HoYoverse RPG begins to wind down its Fontaine cycle, the newest region has brought plenty of new characters and content for players to explore. Fontaine has seen multiple map expansions since its debut and welcomed several long-awaited character releases, including Version 4.4's Xianyun and the launch of Arlecchino coming later this week. Now, another member of Fontaine's main cast is set to join the game soon.
