A new Fallout 4 mod has recently added the Fallout TV show’s “The Ghoul” character to the game. Fallout 4 has several excellent mods, and this new one will probably be a good pick for gamers who loved Amazon Prime’s new TV show.

It's been nearly eight years since I wrote about Fallout Cascadia, a total conversion mod for Bethesda's Fallout 4 game. I nearly forgot about it, which is understandable since the last showcase video the modding team pushed on YouTube was dated July 2021.
That changed today. Fallout Cascadia isn't dead after all, as proven by the new Spring 2024 showcase trailer. The team said:
A lot of work has been done in the years since our last showcase videos, and we couldn't be more excited for you to see what we have in store.
Unfortunately, there's still no release date in sight, and the team is still recruiting, but the upcoming launch of Fallout London shows that there is hope for these big total conversion mods. As with Fallout London, you will need to own all Fallout 4 DLCs and install the Fallout 4 Script Extender, which also means the mod will only be available on PC.
Fallout Cascadia aims to bring the Fallout experience to the Pacific Northwest and let you explore the massive ruins of Seattle, meet the NCR once again, and stumble across new enemies and factions, all through the eyes of our new protagonist - the Drifter. It is set in the year 2329 in the Seattle metro area, approximately 40 years after the events in the Commonwealth.
Fallout Cascadia is centered around the massive ruins of downtown Seattle. The world itself is one of the biggest ones ever seen in the Fallout setting as far as playable space goes, with several settlements to visit, massive forests and swamps to traverse and several unique locations all with their own stories. All accompanied by all new quests and enemies.
We have taken great strides over the years of development, making sure the shortcomings of Fallout 4 have been addressed, everything from the stunted dialogue system to the removal of skills and traits and the durability systems for equipment, they’re all making a return in Fallout Cascadia.
In other Fallout news, the Prime Video TV show is out in just a few hours. The first episode will actually be free to view via Twitch if you watch it via select streamers.

After the massive success of 2019’s “live-action” Lion King, it only made sense for Disney to explore more of that photorealistic CG world. Instead of adapting the direct-to-home-video sequel The Lion King: Simba’s Pride, or the Disney Junior series The Lion Guard, though, the next movie will delve into the backstory of Simba’s father, Mufasa.
Bethesda has issued a clarification amid confusion surrounding the much-anticipated free next-gen update for Fallout 4, confirming who does and who does not qualify for the upgrade.
Fallout hype is truly inescapable at this point, with the TV show driving popularity and Fallout 4 even getting its long-awaited next-gen update (even if the latter has been considered rather disappointing by many). One way or another, everyone is trying to live their best post-nuclear apocalypse life right now, and this enormous mod for Fallout 4 looks like it'll enable us to do just that.
MY.GAMES has just launched a new rogue-like first-person shooter, Zombie State. Since its beta release, this game has skyrocketed to nearly 1 million installs. In case you’re not in the know, MY.GAMES has dropped other hit titles like Rush Royale, Left to Survive, War Robots, Rush Arena and Warface.
With the recent success of Prime Video's series, there's a real allure to returning to and making it feel more like its television counterpart. The show is not based on any of the games before it, instead adapting the world but bringing it to life with different characters and a brand-new story. The series feels like an unapologetic and authentic member of thegaming franchise, but some mods can turn the tables and give the same feel as the TV show.
Right alongside Skyrim, Fallout 3 is one of the most modded games of all time. Bethesda took this series and transformed it into an open-world adventure that had never really been seen up to that point. As much as there was to do in that base experience, there was a limit to what could be done. However, dedicated fans didn’t let that end their fun and began modding the game with new features, quality of life improvements, and new content to extend the life of Fallout 3 to the point where you can still play it today and have an amazing time. Now that modders have had well over a decade to work with the game, there are potentially thousands of mods you can try out, but these are the best ones we’ve found.
Are you a newer Fallout 4 player who thinks that Charisma is totally bogus and a lame term for old people? Then this mod that swaps out all mentions of it for Rizz might be up your alley.
It’s fair to say that Fallout 76wasn’t exactly what fans were hoping for when it launched. Instead of being a single-player RPG like Fallout 4, 3, and New Vegas, 76 was a pseudo MMO where you joined multiplayer servers to play in a persistent world. A multiplayer Falloutsounds great on paper, but the execution wasn’t what people were looking for. Many years and updates later, the game is in a far better state, but not quite up to the standard of some hardcore fans. However, Bethesda games are among the most famous for the quality of mods made for them, and at this point, there are thousands of mods available forFallout 76. We’ve scoured every inch of Appalachia to collect only the best Fallout 76 mods.
The Fallout games, at least since Fallout 3, have been absolutely massive games in both scale and popularity. The post-nuclear-war setting is rife with interesting stories to experience and monsters to kill. Fallout 4 was the last single-player entry in the series before Fallout 76 took the game into a persistent multiplayer experience. A large appeal of these games is how you are able to actually role-play and immerse yourself in the game world, which isn’t so easy with other players jumping around in their underwear. Thanks to mods, it has never been a better time to revisit the last “pure” Fallout game.
If you are a PC gamer, then you will know all about the power of mods. They allow dedicated fans to alter how a game looks or plays, which sometimes results in an upgrade to the base experience.
Fallout: London, the Fallout 4 mod set in a post-apocalyptic English capital that’s large enough to effectively be its own game, has been hit by an indefinite delay just two weeks from its planned release date. The reason? Fallout 4’s long-in-the-works next-gen update is now due to drop just two days after London’s planned launch date, which its fan devs say will “simply break” the ambitious project.
