Bethesda’s Fallout games are continuing to benefit from the ongoing resurgence of interest in all things Fallout, courtesy of Amazon Prime’s recently-released acclaimed adaptation.
As per data released by the GSD (via GamesIndustry), in Europe, Fallout 4 was the best-selling game last week. Incredibly enough, its sales were up by a whopping 7,500 percent from the week prior, with 69 percent of all sales coming on PC, and the remaining on consoles.
The fact that the game is also available to PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium and Game Pass subscribers at no cost makes its sales boost that much more impressive. The post-apocalyptic RPG is set to receive its long-awaited Next-Gen Update next week, so it’s likely that sales will continue to impress for some time to come.
Fallout 4 wasn’t the only Fallout game to enjoy sales increases. Three other games from the franchise are in the top 10, with Fallout 76 coming in at No. 8, Fallout: New Vegas at No. 9, and Fallout 3 at No. 10.
Elsewhere in the charts, there are no real surprises, with Helldivers 2 continuing to perform will in the No. 2 spot, and evergreen sellers like EA Sports FC 24, Grand Theft Auto 5, and Red Dead Redemption 2 also occupying positions in the top 10. You can view the full top 10 below.
