TMNT Shredder’s Revenge players on Android via Netlfix can expect the latest DLC, Dimension Shellshock, for free, as according to TouchArcade a surprise drop gave players a ton of new content.
For those of you who’ve followed our news for a while, first of all, thanks for thanks for the support! Secondly, you might remember that we covered the release of TMNT Shredder’s Revenge through Netflix at the beginning of the year. It lets Android users get their hands on the colorful brawler.
Now hopefully Android users can get a taste of the heap of new content provided by the DLC, Dimension Shellshock.
The add-on brings two new characters to the fray. There the bushido skills of the samurai rabbit Usagi, and the shadowy Ninjutsu of Karai, (spoilers?) adoptive daughter of The Shredder.
Along with the two new faces comes a ton of other content. It’s a journey across different dimensions as you visit different eras of the franchise. You might see the turtles looking a bit different as well.
With danger comes new prizes, and you might find a few new powers up the turtles’ sleeves… if they had sleeves. This includes the ability to mutate into some iconic villains. Don’t let it go to your head, you’re still supposed to be saving the city, whatever face you’re wearing.
In addition, there’s a new game mode in the form of Survival Mode, where you try and rack up as many points as you can to get a coveted spot on the global leaderboard.
We’ve yet to see any confirmation from Netflix itself about the update, so watch this space. We certainly hope it’s true.
Sound like your kind of game? If you’re a Netflix sub you can pick up TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge now for free on Android via Google Play.

In January, on the heels of the disastrous OGL fiasco, Pathfinder Second Edition publisher Paizo fully committed to breaking free of its attachments — legal and otherwise — to Dungeons & Dragons. Earlier this month the Seattle-based company delivered on that promise, launching new core rulebooks that fully strip Wizards of the Coast’s intellectual property from its unique fantasy setting on the planet Golarion. Howl of the Wild will be the company’s first new rulebook published since the Pathfinder remaster. Polygon has an exclusive preview of some of the new creatures detailed inside — and of the all-new character templates that will soon be available to players.
